What We Install

Rooftop package units and split systems, including crane sets and curb adapters.
Walk-in coolers and freezers: box assembly, condensing unit, evaporator, line set, drain, controls.
Ice machines, reach-ins, prep tables, and merchandisers, with water, drain, and filter.
Fryers, ovens, griddles, warmers, and soft-serve machines: gas, electric, and venting connections.
Commercial washers and dryers, water heaters, and the electrical and plumbing they need.

What Labor Includes

Site check before delivery: pad, curb, electrical, gas, water, drain, and roof access.
Removal and disposal of the old unit, with reclaim of refrigerant by an EPA 608 Universal technician.
Set, connect, leak check, evacuate, charge, and start up to the manufacturer's spec.
Nameplate photo and startup readings recorded, so the unit's service history begins on day one.
Manufacturer warranty registration filed where the manufacturer allows the installer to file it.

What We Need From You

Make, model, and voltage of the unit before it ships, so the site check catches a mismatch early.
Delivery date and where it will sit. We coordinate the crane when a roof needs one.
Who approves change orders if the existing curb, breaker, or gas line is not what the new unit needs.
The old unit's condition, if you want it removed rather than left for your own disposal.

The margin on the equipment sale is gone, and if the unit arrives damaged or wrong, the installer wears the delay. We take the work anyway because it is where the long relationship starts: the account that buys its own units still needs someone to service them for the next ten years, and the installer who photographed the nameplate on day one is the obvious call.

Warranty, Stated Plainly

The manufacturer's warranty covers the unit and is yours to hold. Our labor guarantee covers the installation: if a connection we made leaks or a setting we made is wrong, we come back and make it right. If the unit itself fails inside the manufacturer's warranty, we diagnose it, document it, and handle the warranty labor claim where the manufacturer authorizes us to.

How It Is Quoted

A fixed labor number after the site check, with the crane, disposal, and any electrical or gas changes as their own lines so your purchasing office can see exactly what it is buying. No equipment markup, because there is no equipment on our invoice.

Will you install a unit I bought online or through my corporate purchasing program?

Yes. That is most of the installation work we do. Send the make, model, and voltage before it ships and we do the site check first.

What if the new unit does not fit the old curb or breaker?

The site check catches that before delivery. If it cannot, you get a change order with the number before we do anything beyond the original scope.

Do you handle the crane?

Yes. We coordinate the crane for rooftop sets and include it as its own line on the quote.

Do you take the old unit?

Yes, with refrigerant recovered by an EPA 608 Universal technician and the unit disposed of properly, or left on site if you prefer to handle it.

Can you register the warranty?

Where the manufacturer allows the installer to file it, yes, and we send you the confirmation. Some manufacturers require the owner to register; we tell you which.
