Commercial General Liability

  • Carrier: StarStone Specialty (occurrence form).
  • $1,000,000 each occurrence · $2,000,000 general aggregate · $2,000,000 products and completed operations.
  • Additional insured, waiver of subrogation, and primary/non-contributory endorsements available on request.

Automobile Liability

  • Carrier: Progressive Commercial.
  • $1,000,000 combined single limit, scheduled autos.

Workers' Compensation

  • Carrier: Accident Fund. Statutory Mississippi coverage.
  • Employer's liability $1,000,000 each accident, each employee, policy limit.
  • Experience modification rate 0.93. Below 1.0 means our loss history is better than the industry baseline for our class.

EPA Section 608 Universal

  • Held by the owner since 1993 (ESCO Institute).
  • Universal covers every refrigerant type and every appliance class: small appliances, high-pressure, and low-pressure systems.
  • Required by federal law for anyone who opens a refrigerant circuit. Ask any technician for their card before they touch a system.

Licensing Status

  • Mississippi requires a commercial contractor's license only for contracts over $50,000.
  • Our service, repair, and maintenance work falls below that threshold, so no state license is required for it.
  • We say this plainly instead of printing a license number we do not need. Projects that cross the threshold are subcontracted to or partnered with a licensed general contractor.

Getting a Certificate of Insurance

Text or email us the exact legal name and mailing address of the certificate holder. Say whether you need additional-insured status or just proof of coverage. Our agent issues the certificate the same business day, usually within the hour.

If your contract requires higher limits, specific endorsements, or umbrella coverage, send us the insurance clause and we will confirm what is in place and quote any gap before work starts. We would rather match your requirement on paper than surprise you at invoice time.

What We Do Not Claim

We only list credentials with a document behind them. You will not find manufacturer authorizations, safety cards, or memberships on this page that we cannot produce on request. When we add one, it will be because the certificate is in the file.

Documentation on Every Work Order

Every visit produces a photo record: the nameplate, the condition found, the repair made, and the unit running when we leave. Facility managers and franchise offices get that record with the invoice. It is how we settle questions before they become disputes.

Are you licensed?

Mississippi requires a commercial contractor's license only for contracts over $50,000. Our service and repair work is below that threshold, so no license is required for it. We hold EPA Section 608 Universal certification for refrigerant work, which is the federal credential that applies to what we do.

Can you name our company as additional insured?

Yes. Send the exact legal name and address, tell us it needs additional-insured status, and the endorsement and certificate come from our agent the same day.

Do you carry workers' compensation?

Yes, statutory Mississippi workers' compensation with $1,000,000 employer's liability through Accident Fund, with an experience modifier of 0.93.

Are you bonded?

We are not bonded by default because service and repair work does not call for it. If a specific project requires a performance or payment bond, ask and we will price it into the quote.

How fast can you send a certificate of insurance?
